Les gens les plus riches investissent soit en bourse soit en immobilier. L'immobilier est un systeme circulaire qui se repete en moyenne tous les 10 ans. Les prix montent puis descendent. Les gens qui font fortune en immobilier comprennent ce systeme et savent quand il faut acheter et quand il faut vendre. Aujourd'hui on parle de crise. Pour beaucoup d'entre nous c'est la premiere fois que nous vivons une crise, mais ce n'est pas un phenomene nouveau, il y a deja eu des crises et il y en aura d'autres. L'une des crise dont on parle c'est celle de 1929. On raconte que les gens on tout perdu. C'est vrai beaucoup on tout perdu, mais quand il y a des perdant il y a toujours des gagnants et c'est bien de cela dont je parle. C'est gagnants avaient compris que c'etait le moment d'investir dans des valeurs sures comme l'immobilier. Pendant une crise il n'y a que la valeur des choses qui changent, ce n'est pas une guerre ou il y a des pertes de vie. Dans une crise il y a toujours le meme nombre de gens qui ont besoin d'un toit pour vivre. C'est pour cela que l'immobilier est une valeur sur. Si les gens ne peuvent plus acheter il doivent louer une maison pour y vivre.
Je vous propose d'investir dans l'mmobilier qui vous rapporte tous les mois un apport d'argent sans que vous ayez a travailler. C'est ca l'aventage de l'immobilier. Sexagénaire aussi jeune d'allure que de coeur mais un tantinet nostalgique, je rêve en effet de danser depuis quelques années déjà sur la musique de Johann STRAUSS, principalement la valse mais aussi la polka, le quadrille et la marche dans le style viennois le plus pur...à Paris ( ou en banlieue ) à raison d'une ou deux fois par mois par exemple. My almost 14-year-old niece moved to Paris last month from South America. She speaks fluent English (and of course Spanish), but no French.
I am hoping to find other young teens who live here and would be interested in getting together to do something.
She is very fun to be with, and is interested in Music, Fashion, Culture, etc.
She lives in Saint-Maur (East of Paris), but could travel into Paris and meet somewhere along the RER line A. Or, on the weekends, she could possibly meet somewhere else.
