Hello, I am a musician/songwriter/composer from London, recently moved to Paris and looking for other musicians to play with. I'm not interested in meeting guitarists or drummers or any of that sort of thing, but if you play ANYTHING else - trumpet? accordion? cello? zither? - then please get in touch. I am interested in a broad range of styles of music, and have some considerable experience. I have already released an album of solo materials plus two albums with a band and contributed guest spots to numerous other bands records. More recently, I have been composing for a small amateur orchestra I was directing in London. I have also composed music for a number of films.

This is not a program for someone that is looking to learn a couple of flashy tricks or riffs, it is a serious course of study comparable to, or more advanced than those taught at the most respected music universities. Upon completion of my program, you will have gained the abilities and confidence to write/arrange/perform in all styles (including new ones that you may create), and in all settings, from solo piano (or guitar) up to full symphony or any setting in between. It's been said that this is truly the most advanced music education program available anywhere.

Are you tired of weekly lessons that take you nowhere in the long run? My program is different because it systematically deconstructs all of the barriers between you and the music that you've always wanted to create. You'll understand how everything connects - your ear to your eyes and hands on your instrument - you'll also be totally and intimately familiar with how your ear is connected to all of the theory as well as to your intellect, thus allowing for total control of your playing and writing. I’m a guitarist looking for musicians who are learning/playing jazz to practice with. I am interested in swing and bebop style jazz particularly, (Count Basie, Billie Holiday, Charlie Parker, Wes Montgomery, etc.).

I can play this style a little, but I have a lot to learn. I am looking for other musicians who are interesting in getting together to practice “standards” (the standard jazz repertoire), to practice playing in a group situation, to practice improvising, to share knowledge and learn from one another.

I would ideally like to meet and play with double bassists, clarinetists, violinists, saxophonists and cellists, but I am happy to play with any instrumentalist that has at least a basic understanding of jazz and a willingness to practice and improvise.
