Flamenco Latino Studio Theater is offering a spectacular introductory package for event rentals on Saturdays and Sundays. Great for music and dance performances, play readings, presentations and group events limited to 80. Flamenco Latino Studio is conveniently located at 244 W 54th Street (between B-way and 8th Ave.) on the 4th floor. The studio theater space is 53 feet by 26 feet with front desk/lobby area, restrooms and dressing rooms for your use. Normally, the space rents for $50/hour for event use, but Flamenco Latino is offering a special intro package for only $200/5-hours- a $50 savings!

The above package includes minimum estimate of time allotted for an event including 2 hours of performance, plus time for set-up, tear-down and clean-up for portable curtains, chairs, and ushering box office traffic into reception area and theater space. Hours beyond the 5 hour minimum for either rehearsal, set up or break down are available for $30/hour. Events must end by 11PM.

Event rate includes one Flamenco Latino space manager, who has authority to supervise all staff or volunteers provided by the event renter. All event renters must provide their own staff or volunteers to help with set-up, tear-down and clean-up of the Large Studio and any other portion of the space which is used for the event, unless the event renters prefer to hire more Flamenco Latino staff at additional rates.

All event renters must provide their own staff or volunteers to take care of box office, including change and to help the Flamenco Latino space manager direct audience traffic into and out of the Flamenco Latino reception area before and after the event.

A contract detailing the exact terms of all event rentals, and event renter liability regarding audience, Flamenco Latino equipment and property, must be signed in advance of the event and a deposit must be paid.
